Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 4 scoops vanilla ice cream
  • 2 handfuls hazelnuts, toasted and chopped
  • chocolate sauce, to serve
  • 2 cocktail cherries

Method

  • STEP 1

    Cut the bananas in half lengthways and put into bowls. Scoop out 2 large scoops of vanilla ice cream into each and top each with a handful of chopped hazelnuts, a good drizzle of chocolate sauce and finish with a cocktail cherry on top.
